HIGH POWER 2HP CHILLER INCLUDED Elevate your ice bath experience with our most powerful 2hp chiller. Don't settle for 1/2hp or 0.8hp chillers if you want to ensure the water cools quickly and stays cool after you get in. Less powerful chillers can take up to an hour to reach the desired temperature and can have difficulty maintaining the chill in warm weather. Designed for those who strive for excellence, this chiller utilises a high-performance reverse cycle motor for rapid cooling. The commercial grade chiller also comes with a filtration system and spare filters included as standard.
HOT TUB MODE The powerful and versatile can also heat the water from 3°C up to 4 0°C so you can enjoy a relaxing hot tub experience.

How cold should you set it and how long should you stay in for?
The answer to this varies depending on the individual person. Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends setting the temperature to between 7° and 15° degrees celsius (45°F - 60°F) in sessions of 1-5 minutes.
What Maintenance is Required?
All you need is some routine cleaning of the water filter. 2 x spare water filters are included with our new ice bath and replacement filters are available from VERVE.
