Refund policy

At Wellcorp Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services, coaching, and programs designed to support your health and personal growth. We value our clients and strive for your complete satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Wellness Services & Coaching Sessions

All bookings for one-on-one coaching sessions, wellness consultations, and exercise physiology appointments are non-refundable once scheduled.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If Wellcorp Health & Wellness needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.

2. Digital Programs & Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, including the Awaken Your Wellness: 6-Week VIP Mentoring Program, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials, please contact our support team at support@wellcorp.com.au, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
If a program includes live coaching sessions, our cancellation policy for coaching sessions applies.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If Wellcorp offers physical wellness products in the future, any refund policies related to physical items will be listed on the product page and governed by standard return procedures.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you believe you have a unique case that warrants a refund, please contact us at support@wellcorp.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues directly to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
